York

After wanting to do a day out to a popular place in Yorkshire, and decided to do a day out in York. I played around with different styles, deciding to photograph whatever peaked my interest rather than have one idea in mind. I'd been told about the Shambles, and did some documentary by photographing the tourists and different businesses along the high street. I then went along the canal and the contrast of busy streets to a very quiet canal made me take a more artistic approach, and these images turned out to be my favourite.
